Yes, our formulations prioritize natural, soothing ingredients. However, we always recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin 24 hours before full application.
Do you test your beauty products on animals?
Absolutely not. Salus Body is committed to cruelty-free practices and we never test our finished products or individual ingredients on animals.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
What is your return policy for opened products?
Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. If you experience an adverse reaction, please contact our support team.
Are your packaging materials recyclable?
Sustainability is at our core. Most of our glass and plastic containers are recyclable, and we use biodegradable packing peanuts in all our shipping boxes.
